Woodgrain: Available with a 10 year guarantee backed by Renolit market leading EXOFOL MX foil incorporating Solar Shield Technology (SST). SST offers built in sun protection which reduces heat absorption, thus maintaining product temperature and minimising expansion.

A complete solution
Freefoam has pioneered the manufacture of quality-approved, lead-free PVC-U and cellular PVC-UE building products for roofline, rainwater and cladding ranges that work alongside each other providing a complete solution. All elements are covered by the Freefoam guarantee.

The range includes:

A more durable product
Freefoam products won’t rot, like timber or rust, like iron. They are guaranteed not to crack, warp, discolour or blister because they are manufactured with additional titanium dioxide. This protects them from the sun’s harmful UV rays and ensures the products last.

A safer, greener option
Freefoam has achieved ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System certification as a company and implements this on an on-going basis.

Freefoam products contain an average recycled content of 9%, however some products are produced with 85% recycled content such as the co-extruded rainwater system.

Freefoam currently recycles 85% of PVC waste and is engaged in projects that will increase this to 98% as soon as possible.

Under European Union legislation roofline manufacturers will soon be banned from using lead in their production process. However, Freefoam, products are already 100% lead free, and always have been, to ensure there is no risk to homeowners or the environment.

A choice of colours:
Freefoam products are available in 8 vibrant colours, from subtle shades of gold and grey, striking black and traditional brown.

Colour offers homeowners the ability to personalise the appearance of their home and match roofline with existing doors and windows.

Woodgrain: An attractive woodgrain effect achieved using a  bonded ‘foil’ covering available in a range of finishes from light oak to darker rosewood and mahogany shades.
