My name is Rachel Woodhouse I am Customer Service Team Leader
I’ve been at Freefoam nearly 5 years! I joined straight from University with a degree in English Language and Literature. I started as a Customer Service Representative, became a Senior Customer Service and am now Customer Service Team Leader.
I have a varied role. My main responsibility is coordinating the processing of customer orders each day using our ERP system. I ensure delivery pick sheets are created for our warehouse team and work with our transport providers to manage delivery schedules. I run reports to analyse data and look for potential issues. It’s a vital part of the customer service operation.
I’ve stayed at Freefoam because the job has grown and changed over time. I was seconded to the Warehouse for a short time which gave me a much broader knowledge of the business. I’ve been out to visit customers, have recently negotiated and set up a new contract with a transport company and have been supported in my career with training courses in Excel, Customer Service, Operational Excellence and Leadership and Management.
Freefoam is a friendly place to be. We work really well across different teams, there are no barriers to asking people for help and advice, we’re encouraged to get involved,
